MWW AG goes online with a new website

Leipzig, September 30.09.2022, 09.05.2022: The conversion of MWW SachWert GmbH into a stock corporation (MWW AG) resolved by the shareholder resolution of May 23.09.2022, XNUMX became effective with the entry in the commercial register on September XNUMX, XNUMX. MWW SachWert GmbH was renamed as part of this and now trades as MWW AG.

The Management Board appointed by the Supervisory Board, consisting of Jan Förster (CEO) and Michaela Tettenborn (COO), has thus officially taken office.
With the new legal form, the further professionalization and transparency of the company guidelines should be taken into account. This gives the company even more entrepreneurial flexibility and opportunities. MWW AG is thus further opening up to business partners and the capital market.

“This transformation has no direct impact on our employees. You can still rely on a stable employer. With MWW AG, our customers also continue to have a professional and service-oriented property manager at their side,” explains Jan Förster, CEO of MWW AG.
