Back Expansion of the Berlin location
With the purchase of House concept property management Hetzer & Helms GmbH Mitteldeutsche Wohnwert GmbH has been investing in the expansion of the Berlin location since October 1, 2020. The aim is to set up a nationwide administration in the capital, which focuses on the professional and personal support of residential and commercial real estate.
By taking over all the shares in Hauskonzept Liegenschaftsmanagement Hetzer & Helms GmbH, the Location Berlin further strengthened in the field of property management. The former managing partner Annemarie Helms (lawyer/lawyer) will manage the branch of the MWW Group in Berlin as an authorized representative and will thus remain with the customers. Birgit Hetzer (real estate specialist) says goodbye to her well-deserved retirement by selling her shares.
