Back Berlin rent cap is unconstitutional!

The verdict on the Berlin rent cap is here!

On January 30, 2020, it was decided to introduce it, on February 23, the so-called. “Berlin rent cap” in force. According to the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court, the controversial Rent Limitation Act may not be applied. According to the decision published today, the law is void.
