Back The Academy of the MWW

Professionalization through training

MWW AG stands for continuous progress in property management, which is becoming ever more complex. With this complexity, the demands on a property manager also increase. With our proven internal mentoring model, we have been promoting a constant exchange and transfer of knowledge between our employees for many years. Our more than 20 years of company history showed us that further training in all areas of the company ensures progress and positive change. Not only information about legal changes, new procedures or digital simplifications - in addition to technical competence, personal exchange with like-minded people is also important.

Our well-trained employees act according to current knowledge standards and guarantee our owners professional management of their real estate portfolio. We want to continue to secure this promise of quality and share our philosophy with you through an expanded systematic transfer of knowledge. That's why we founded the Academy of MWW AG in October, and the first seminars were successfully completed.

The training and further education offer, tailored to the housing and real estate industry, is aimed specifically at employees in the real estate industry. The aim is to further advance the professionalization of real estate management.

The offer includes seminars and workshops, all of which take place online. Spatial flexibility, real speakers and current topics are the advantages of our training and further education offer. We offer our prospective customers various learning models that are flexibly compatible with personal everyday life and correspond to the respective learning type. Decide for yourself whether you want to use the advantages of location and time-independent video recordings or, for example, prefer direct exchange in (online) live seminars.

At some of these continuing education events, there is the possibility of taking external or internal academy exams in order to acquire appropriate job titles or certificates in accordance with the continuing education obligation §34c for residential property managers and real estate agents. This further training obligation is regulated in Section 34c Paragraph 2a of the Trade Regulations Act (GewO) in conjunction with Section 15b of the Broker and Property Developer Ordinance (MaBV).

Whether administrator, utility cost calculator, broker or simply interested - relevant content is prepared for each target group. In the current seminar topic "Increasing energy costs", our in-house lawyer Felix Werner-vom Hove explains questions about dealing with the ongoing cost explosion in the role of a property manager.

The seminars will give you confidence in dealing with constantly recurring legal issues. You will cover the basics of tenancy and residential property law and acquire background knowledge of tenancy law. In addition, recommendations for action for practice are discussed and concrete learning goals are pursued.

  • The next seminar date "Increasing energy costs" is November 24, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.! Take the opportunity – we look forward to your participation!
