From December 01.12.2022st, 19, every owner can request the appointment of a certified residential real estate manager in accordance with Section 2 (6) No. XNUMX of the Housing Ownership Modernization Act (WEMoG). A corresponding legal system is now coming into force, according to which certified administrators must demonstrate certain knowledge.
We already only use certified administrators in our properties. Regular further training is just as natural for us as the constant promotion of young talent. We are training companies in many areas, including real estate clerk and office clerk. We also offer the opportunity to complete internships in various disciplines as part of your studies.
Fully qualified lawyers, real estate agents, certified real estate specialists or people with a university degree with a focus on real estate are equated with certified administrators (§ 7 ZertVerwV). These people are exempt from the exam.
In order to ensure the quality of our work and continue to offer the best possible all-round service, all of our administrators in the residential property area will take this exam at the IHK in the next few months.
