Under "Property Management"  [Property= property/possession/estate] is the operational management of a property. This includes the complete ongoing management of the property. The aim is to optimize the time and costs involved in property management and to increase income (rental income).

The tasks of property management include strategic planning, management, controlling, reporting and risk management for energy-efficient and sustainable building management.

"Asset Management" [asset] includes the further development and value development of a property. As strategic and monitoring management, there is often a smooth transition to the adjacent functions of property management. This includes tasks such as floor plan optimisations, conversions, densifications or other revitalization measures.

In the course of asset management, owners/investors are also supported in the purchase and sale process.
